Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, operates as a cruise company in North America, Europe, the Asia-Pacific, and internationally. It offers itineraries to destinations, such as Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, South America, Africa, Canada, Bermuda, the Caribbean, and Alaska; and inter-island itinerary in Hawaii. The company also provides features, amenities, and activities, including various accommodations, dining venues, bars and lounges, spas, casino and retail shopping areas, and entertainment choices; shore excursions at each port of call, and air transportation and hotel packages for stays before or after a voyage. It offers its products and services under the Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands. The company was founded in 1966 and is based in Miami, Florida.

Oil prices fell back below $90 a barrel on Thursday morning on a report that U.S. and Iranian negotiators had agreed on a framework for a 60-day ceasefire extension after renewed Persian Gulf attacks had threatened the fragile truce. Axios said that President Donald Trump had not yet given his approval, but the S&P 500 climbed, aiming to extend its six-session winning streak. As hopes rise that a resolution of the U.S.-Iran stalemate will reopen the Strait of Hormuz, the clock is ticking to some near-term bad scenarios for both Iran and the global economy.

United, Delta and other airline stocks were flying early Wednesday as the sector finally put the Iran war in its wake. The exchange-traded fund, which tracks the performance of airline stocks, jumped 3.3% in early trading and was on track to close above its pre-war, Feb. 27 level for the first time since the conflict started. United Airlines was leading the sector higher, rising 6%, entering positive territory for the year and also on track for its first close above its Feb. 27 price since the war began.
